Christmas has landed at LB Mencap

Lanterns, snowflakes, decorations and Christmas trees were a plenty this week at High 5s. We spent some time at Opportunity Group decorating salt dough decorations - the glitter went everywhere! Sunshine Club enjoyed a Musical Mince Pie Munch & Mingle, followed by a Christmassy sing song - and in case you're wondering why you haven't yet heard of Sunshine Club, it was formally known as Futures but our members voted on a shiny new name!

And Opportunity Group and High 5s entered a decorated tree to the Christmas Tree Festival at St Barnabas for the public to enjoy over the weekend. The festive season has well and truly arrived!
