We have an exciting opportunity for a self-employed, motivated and passionate person to develop and lead the organisation forward. In the new role as Development Officer, you will be supported to develop a 3-year plan, lead on fund raising and raise the profile of Leighton Buzzard Mencap. You will need a good understanding of additional learning needs and be able to work independently.
