COFFEE & CAKE

We run monthly, informal Coffee & Cake mornings, where you can meet some of the team and get to know a little more about us, what we do and what support we might be able to offer you and your family.

So why not pop in for a natter and a hot drink. Cakes provided and a small play area for your little ones. Everyone is welcome. You can find out more about us and our groups or just chat to other other people who might be in a similar situation to you.

Find out more on our Facebook page.
