We run monthly, informal Coffee & Cake mornings, where you can meet some of the team and get to know a little more about us, what we do and what support we might be able to offer you and your family.

So why not pop in for a natter and a hot drink. Cakes provided and a small play area for your little ones. Everyone is welcome. You can find out more about us and our groups or just chat to other other people who might be in a similar situation to you.

Find out more on our Facebook page.

This group enables members aged 18+ to socialise with the wider public, including organised trips out and about, and preparation for independent living.

This immensely popular scheme provides an action-packed club for children aged eight to 18, invaluable experience for student volunteers and a well-deserved break for parents/carers.

A youth club for members aged eight to 18, High 5s meet once a week during term time. Parents, carers and siblings are welcome to come and join in too.

A playgroup for children under five, Opportunity Group provides a welcoming, secure and stimulating environment with a support system for parents/carers.

"I really enjoy being able to chat to others in the same boat. Thank you for being here for us, we really appreciate you all."
