Free Child & Adolescent Emotional Wellbeing Programme run by Bedfordshire CAMHS


As part of the Child & Adolescent Emotional Wellbeing Programme, Bedforshire CAMHS are pleased to announce session on 'Anxiety, Panic & School Pressure' and 'Low Mood, Self-Harm and Suicide'.

These free sessions will provide information and advice about a range of topics, local services as well as strategies to help support and maintain positive emotional wellbeing in children and adolescents.

The sessions are open to all parents/carers with a Bedfordshire GP. Attendees do NOT need to be open to CAMHS. These sessions are for parents/carers and siblings over the age of 18, children and young people themselves CANNOT attend. They will be held at Kings House in Bedford which has lots of free parking and will run for two and half hours, with a short break and refreshments will be provided.

Anxiety, Panic & School Pressure
